Yeah just do a schedule, and upload daily. You can easily make a long video, and divide it up into parts and upload each part.

I play the sims from time-to-time, I can get bored if I play a lot of it. Nowadays I typically play Sims 4, I like the Sims 3 but I enjoy how the Sims 4 looks.

I think you are looking for a pre-built, but I recommend building your own as it's a lot cheaper. You are looking at a Budget PC though because of your price. I recommend saving money and look to buy during sales. (Winter Sales have amazing price decreases, it's a long way but if you wait that...

Try to advertise your content on the designated forums, I check it out sometimes to see what people are doing. If you are doing a unique video I'll check it out. I tend not to look at the tons of Minecraft LPs. You could also just making videos with other YouTubers.

I prefer outros, if the intro is short and gets to the point then it's okay. But it can get annoying if it's really loud music and 11 sec.

Just try not to give any reaction, they'll go away eventually. They just want a reaction to what they are doing, so you don't want to give them that. So basically, ignore them until they get bored and leave.
