I don't recommend it, the power supply isn't very good. It probably won't last long.

I recommend custom building it. I can help you pick parts if you'd like.

The best processor out there is the human brain, but unfortunately mine is broken. I would go with the new intels though...

Yeah, $700 should be more than enough for a decent machine if your smart on what to buy. Plenty of videos online of the pros making sturdy gaming machines on a budget.

Yes, it is very good for streaming/recording and play games at High to Ultra, or even Ultra

I'd say 17's have more processing power unless you get the 8 core amd one the 8350 (i got it) other than that just go amd its pretty cheap and powerful

i5 are very powerfull, you don't really need an i7. They are Haswell both, same performance.
