I will have to check them out!i really enjoy the yogscast S&L galacticraft series aswell as the avgn series so funny
I love NakaTeleeli's various playthroughs. Out of all of them, I think maybe his Let's Play New Super Mario Bros. Wii is my favourite.
WTF Is... by TotalBiscuit because of how in-depth he goes into all the games and the episodes are so meaty which usually can take up my hole day on Weekends.
My favorite series definitely is the Epic Rap Battles of History.

TomSka's stuff is especially good because he was big on Youtube before being big on Youtube was a thing.
I'm also a big fan of pretty much everything CGPGrey does.
VSauce, Numberphile, CrashCourse..there are a ton of really good series on YT. I do gaming of course but its largely because I'm just getting started on Youtube and its the easiest place to start figuring out your flow.

FrankieonPCin1080p's DayZ standalone videos, or the mod videos actually. I quite like Gophers Skyrim Mod Sanctuary too.
I am addicted to YGS (your grammar sucks) by JacksFilms. They are really well done and very funny!
Favorite of all time was Tekkit with Sips & Sjin by the Yogscast!
