I know it's not exactly anime or manga but I was wondering if anyone here has a neat light novel they could share.

Mainstream anime are actually usually pretty good, the only problem is that sometimes they get hyped to levels beyond annoying.

You can go try Overlord it's pretty fun to watch.

I'll be honest, Dragonball Super is almost disgraceful. Like the series has major plot holes and dialogue changes that disregards the source material.

Reading the manga for a series is usually for when you actually like the story or want more details, buuut reading the manga I think is a LOT more enjoyable since some studios can really mess up a fantastic series.

Rule of anyone serious-ish about watching anime is to always always watch the sub. Most people find the Dub to be far to cringe.
