As far as I know, Freedom! accepts partners from all countries. However, Freedom! pays partners through PayPal, and certain countries do not allow PayPal (such as Turkey). If you are concerned about not being paid, please check if PayPal operates in your country.

To increase your revenue share, create a support ticket at freedom.support.tm and select the relevant subject. Provide your channel URL as well as your dashboard ID and they will raise your revenue share relative to Freedom's internal standards.
