More views per month/day. I think 80% is over 5,000 views a day, and 90% is 10,000 views a day.

Those are the statistics you are required to meet, however in order to raise your revenue share you will have to contact support.
As a side note, the requirements can sometimes be a little flexible (e.g. if you are really close but not quite there, they may allow you to do it anyway).
