I try to get to the 200 this end of the year.

Never forget to be honest and don't fake anything of your life. Try to show some awesome stuff and take them to awesome places where you always going. And try to talk a lot on those moments. Then it wil be awesome.

That's nothing different at all. I know some people who gives shout outs only to their subscribers. So nope no difference. And at your size a shout out won't help that much... But you can try if you like.

Yeah i see that I fergot something to tell you. Some owners of their music don't want you to use their songs at all. except if you personally asked them permission. So always look carefully.

I only named that as one of the good and faster ways to get more views by each average video you upload. But I didn't said that everyone is doing that or that we all really have to do that. I know it's for everyone his own choice to do that or not. Good to read that!

Because he has permission to use all those songs. And you don't. If you wanna use music wich isn't yours: Always give the song credits and the owner too. And put a link to the official video of it or where ever you got it from. That's what we call a disclaimer.
