Complaints Why the support.tm lacking activity ?

Before it was really active the most waiting time was 1 or 2 days but not its more than 3 days , and 4 days you have to be grateful , am not saying oohh freedom is bad and stuff just saying the support section was great ! now its kinda going down !

I guess they're either busy or something else is happening. I don't have any connections with the Support section, so I can't tell why this is occurring.

When i joined i always got answered within 48 hours. Now with the network grown alot in the meantime i can understand that it takes longer then usual but to keep up they need to get more staff.
