Hello, Anyone can help me? I've create two support tickets. Since 3 days until now I didn't receive any reply from FreeDom support. I hear from my friend that Freedom support is very good, so I join to Freedom Network. But now I'm feel not happy about that. I send in working day not weekend...

Before it was really active the most waiting time was 1 or 2 days but not its more than 3 days , and 4 days you have to be grateful , am not saying oohh freedom is bad and stuff just saying the support section was great ! now its kinda going down !
