Solved I can't link my Forums account to my Dashboard

Hello. I cannot seem to link my account on here to my DropBack.TV freedom dashboard. I have no clue why, but when I add the perfect credentials into the boxes it won't continue and won't link it. I have tried changing my password, refreshing the page, closing out of the browser and going back in, shutting off my pc and turning it back on, and none of it works. Please help me, thanks.

I tried to use this fix, but i do not have the shield icon they are referring to. I have tried both Chrome and IE with the same results.
