Solved How long does it take to respond me (support)?

Hello , I wonder how long it takes for the support answer me . Because it's been more than two days I sent a ticket and still got no answer . At the beginning of the partnership (when I had only 1000subs) always answered , but now that my channel grew (9650 Subs) , no one responds more . Should not it be the opposite?

NO, suppport doesn't care how many subscribers you have. That would be unfair to the newer channels. People are having a lot of issues about support right now. Be patient and it will be fixed soon. I hope.

I'm waiting like 10 days to get some support on a ticket and this problem is not the first time I got this problem !!
