Hmm that does seem to be taking some time, while I'm sure everything is ok it might be worth emailing the support team so they can check on this for you.

Hi guys,
Firstly let me apologize for how long it took to get the reviews done for your videos.
I have recently taken to ill health and being honest I forgot to re-assign the daily video reviews to another member of staff so I will take full responsibility for that. I am back on the job now and will be completing video reviews daily Mon-Fri and have set up a back up in-case I take ill again or anything happens so this does not occur a second time.
I am truly and sincerely sorry for the inconvenience.
