Solved Estimated 1.73 but only recieve 12 cents?

This is for November, looks like this. http://puu.sh/mBNah/4d46c9ca31.png It doesnt say paid or anything. I check Paypal and says 12 cents . Does this mean my Esitmated was off, and I only earned 20 cents since my shares is still 60/40? Thanks ahead of time for any help!

November payments have not been sent yet, they will be sent at the end of the month. Only the YouTube Red payments have been sent which is the 12 cents that you received. You will get the rest at the end of the month.

YouTube red is the new subscription system implemented by you tube. It kind of came with little notice so it took us a while to get the payment system in place. basically for $10 a month you tube viewers get an advertisement free experience and access to exclusive show's and any video they watch gets a cut of that sub. e.g. im a red user I watch 4 different peoples video's in a month they each get around $2.50(before you tubes cut in reality its a little less)
