I haven't been able to do much of anything at all with my channel for what feels like a week now because I ran into major major problems with my computer(processor, memory went bad, hard drive) Lost alot of recordings as a result. I should be good now(new processor, memory, dug out 2 unused hard...

All of my recordings have went through fine until recently. I've used to be able to record at 30, 60 fps just fine. But now whenever I record with OBS or Fraps, videos have been coming out at less than 20. It's really, really frustrating. I've recorded at least 3 videos like this and I can't...

Does the framerate seem a little off to anyone? Either way..hope you like it :)
