All of my recordings have went through fine until recently.
I've used to be able to record at 30, 60 fps just fine. But now whenever I record with OBS or Fraps, videos have been coming out at less than 20. It's really, really frustrating. I've recorded at least 3 videos like this and I can't use any of them.
Anyone have/had this issue?
