Arnold spent some entire days in the gym, taking breaks in between. about 15 years ago, I would go gym twice a day, Cardio in the morning and weights in the evening.

For me, I am a Hermit and I am kinda recluse, but I am coming out of my shell and being more comfortable out in public and I think making videos has helped me with that. I havent made a Ton of money, a dollar I think. But being more comfortable with myself and socially as well is a big help.

I dont feel obligated to watch every video, I also don't expect others to watch all of mine either. But I do watch a lot of the videos I subscribe to, but not cause I feel obligated. Im just intrested. but not Every video.
