Hey guys, I have this probably of losing motivation really quick for a lot of things. One thing i really want to do is lose weight and hit the gym hard, but it's just hard to keep it up, i had a solid week down and then just let it go. I was wondering what i should do to keep it together. Should i vlog everytime i go and if i miss a day i have to do a challenge of some sort? (Eating bugs or something idk) what do you guys think i should do
