Interesting Question.

Quoting the Freedom! Terms Of Service, which can be found at https://freedom.tm/dashboard/profile:
[...]
10. Term/Termination/Survival.
10.1. The term ("Term") of this Agreement shall be in full force and effect commencing on the Effective Date, and shall continue perpetually; however, at any time, either Party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice for any reason or no reason. Upon any such termination, neither Party will have any further obligation, rights or duties to the other Party, except: (a) that any undisputed payments owed by Freedom! to Talent prior to the date of termination will still be deemed payable subject to Section 4 above, and (b) those terms and conditions of the Agreement intended by their nature to survive the termination of the Agreement will survive termination of the Agreement. However, Freedom! shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement if the Talent violates any of the provision(s) of this Agreement without the necessity of Notice upon any such termination.
Some Sections were bolded in this to emphasize on them for this Post.

In good will, you can probably go by trusting them that he contract is disbanded once the Channel no longer exists. As it is a good practice with every contract you sign ever though you can still send them an E-Mail along the lines of:

Effective [Date 31-ish Days from when you write it] I, [Name], [Date of Birth], want to terminate the Talent Agreement I have signed on [Date you joined F!, you can leave this part out if you really can't find it] with Freedom! Family Limited for the YouTube Channel [YouTube Channel ID] per Section 10.1 of the aforementioned Agreement.

This should be able to serve as enough of a confirmation. A disclaimer to end this off: IANAL

Typically yes once a channel is terminated then the contract with Freedom would become null and void, excluding if any outstanding revenue is owed to you which Freedom might pay (depending on why your channel was terminated). If everything is ok and you just closed your YT channel for example, and this wasn't shut down due to copyright etc then Freedom would normally pay out any outstanding revenue that is owed on your regular payment schedule.

Just also want to add that obviously if you have more than one channel linked with Freedom and one channel is shut down then the other would still be under contract with Freedom, if this was still linked.
