Unfortunately motivation is something only you can give yourself. It might be helpful for you to think about why you aren't keeping to a frequent upload schedule and trying to find ways in which to help you overcome this. I have also locked this thread, as you have already posted in the 'Introduce yourself' section and we mention in the sectional rules not to post more than one thread.
