I have singup with my channel and confirmed everything, the following message appears on my channel:

You are missing out on potential revenue. One or more of your channels in your Freedom! account is not yet partnered with YouTube. Follow this to learn how to monetize your channels. Before we can pay you, please see your YouTube dashboard and click "Learn More" just like in this video. Also, be sure to follow this to monetize all your videos quickly.

When i go to my channel settings i have the following:

Partner Verified

And when i click on monitization i have the following:

Your account is enabled. You can enable or disable individual videos for monetization in the Video Manager.

Any suggestion how to verify if i'm partnered up with the network?

That is a bug with the dashboard, long as it shows you are partnered here https://www.youtube.com/features (shows Network: Freedom) then you are all good

How many channels do you have that are connected on the same dashboard? Simply this means that you have one or more channels that has been linked with FREEDOM but you have not accepted the invitation.

I have 4 accounts linked to my Dashboard. Only one is listed as linked.

I asked support they said that for the channel to be linked you need at least 2 active videos? I'm not sure.

I have nothing in my inbox for me to accept Freedom on my other channels

Can anyone else confirm?
