Had a viral video and got a large amount, I've ignored payments in the past since they were like 2 cents but I changed my paypal a week ago or so. Have they already gone through? If not when?

The payment date for Novembers earnings is January 31st so they should be paid within the next 24-48 hours if you haven't already received it. Some partners may have already received their earnings as even though the payments are sent out at the same time it can sometimes take a while for locational differences, of paypal to accept and credit you the money.
