YouTube When Is Fan Funding going to be Available?

I'm honestly wondering. I really want the fan funding feature, because I want to be able to accept donations to send towards non-profits and the like. Not to mention, it's like a donation system that Twitch has. So if people want to donate more money (because Youtube ads don't exactly bring in tons of money when you are small) that would be nice as well.

As far as I know, Freedom is not located in one of the Fan-Funding supported countries. That would probably be the reason it's unavailable. At least, that's what I assume as there is not any real reason for Freedom to restrict it from their partners otherwise.

I think it will come at a later date but as said above the option is not yet released everywhere so i guess we have to wait it out.

Yeah pretty sure its because Freedom is in the Philippines. Remember this being discussed months ago.

Like everyone previously said since FanFunding is not launched worldwide we cannot offer it, also we most likely wont be able to offer it even after its aviable in philippines due to the fact that it requires long term contract.
