This is very hard..
I love RPG games, especially JRPGs. But I also really enjoy FPS, sports and incremental games
If I had to choose one, JRPGs all the way, Final Fantasy just had me for quite a few years..
Followed by Sports, thanks to Rocket League.

My favorite is usually RPGs...
But Ive been playing alot of different stuff latly. Virtual Reality made Rail Shooters, and Wave Shooters type games a really amazing experience.
The cool thing about VR is almost everything is an RPG because you personally are physically taking a role in the game...

I would have to say as single player games Platform / adventure and casual games. Then for Multiplayer games action, some FPS and all those party style games.

No Super smash bros & Mario Party are not a platform games. Different Mario games fall into different genres. Smash Bros is a fighting game with a hint of others things added in. Mario Party is a Party game.
For me that would be Adventure and RPG. Reason is that these type of games mainly have more playtime and a good story. Besides that i always love the option to customize a character to your needs
I like to play many different types of pc games such as dota 2, rocket league, and fps games as well
I enjoy FPS since thats the main type of genre that got me so into gaming. I also enjoy party games like mario party and adventure games when im looking to go on a journey into a virtual unknown.
