I would say for me it's Final Fantasy VIII. The first time I saw it I was about 13 and it completely blew my mind. From that point forward it would remain my favorite game ever.

I would have to say Sleeping Dogs it had the best ending because it connected all of the recent missions and moments perfectly into a ending
Cool never seen it myself but I played some of the game and it was really fun. I really should've beat it but I didn't have enough time at the time.
Tales of Symphonia. The ending was very fulfilling and even had moments that made me kind of sad that it was ending.
Yeah I can't tell you how outraged I was with the Last of Us ending at first. Like I said. I wont mention spoilers but let me just say it took a while for me to fully accept, now I think it was genius and daring and actually like it a lot for what it tried to say.
Never played it but the game looked good, I'm sure the ending is good as well.

That sucks about your file, that's a gamers worst nightmare. I personally have always made two save files just in case and sometimes even more for really long rpg's.
I always made multiple saves for certain RPGs because of possible endings like Persona 4 Golden which ending is amazing on the true path. I still haven't done one of the endings for it though.
I find myself content with the ending to Mass Effect 3, but the ending of Assassin's Creed: Syndicate was very satisfying.
I still need to beat Persona 3, I've never beaten any Persona but lots of people have recommended it to me.
Yeah I heard people had problems with it. I'm ashamed to say I've never beat any Mass Effect. I played the first one for almost 30 hours and then changed PC's so never started it again but I am definitely going to beat them all.
I have a backlog of like 40 games and new ones just keep coming and coming. I try to get the shortest ones out of the way first.
I will. I was so close to playing it right after it came out but then got busy and forgot about it till now.
