I think you are maybe asking the wrong question. If you want to learn vfx try programs like adobe after effects. Cinematogrophy, videography and film making are really not related to this type of content.

To be fair, there are a lot of things going on in this edit, in other words, if you're going to try and tackle an edit such as this get VERY familiar with Adobe products like after effects, Photoshop. It's very impressive work! Also i see a lot of animation in this so take your pick on what software you want to use!
