Like with @Phil Kidd said, it depends on what you wanna do. Is your main focus your face? Then invest in a nice webcam or camcorder. If you wanna do podcast related stuff or you talk a lot, then get a nice microphone. Just depends on where your priorities are.
I always go with blue for my microphones. They blow my mind with the awesome tech they come up with. They may not be cheap but its worth the money. Like £80 for a proper studio level mic. You can get some cameras for like £100 that are a nice, clear 1080p if you look hard enough. Also a lot of people don't think about lighting. get yourself a little headlight. I had one places behind my computer desk like so to turn on if lighting is not good on my face.
