Do some Black ops 3 live commentary's for the multiplayer. Elder scrolls Online tutorials, you'll be surprised on how many people don't know how to do certain stuff. If you can get the expansions for destiny, theres a lot of audience who would want to watch your content. You can do gun reviews on the new expansions and live crucible gameplays.
I would be making videos about the guns etc because theres a massive audience for that sort of thing. Even with the division and the guns on that, also you can do guides on that too if you want to. Also black ops 3 classes are popular.
It's not about which game you do, it's about what you do with the game.
Doing something generic like multiplayer commentary in an overplayed game will net you close to 0 views from people who aren't subscribed.

Tbh do what ever game you feel more excited for, this is key for a channel just starting off because it gives you a chance of showing more passion in your videos which your audience responds too. So go for what you feel is right. If you like everything you mentioned for example thenot think about which game could provide most content, tutorials, tips, tricks, walkthroughs etc. Hope this helps.
