What program do you use to make your thumbnail?

I was wondering what program(s) you use to make your thumbnails.

I use Sony Vegas Pro 13.

Add in an image, make the words with outlines for the individual letter and boom, 30 second easy-to-read thumbnail.

I could easily use photoshop because I have it but I feel more comfortable using paint.net, it's not a website it's a program

I use PhotoScape X for Mac. Very Easy to Use.

I add my Logo, The Game, Text and Boom! All done.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS6. It has never let me down, but it's not free. A FREE alternative is Gimp. I used it a while ago.

Blender and Pixlr for my thumbnails, I don't really care about thumbnails so I don't worry about it too much.
