I need help, What is the best RECORDING SOFTWARE for games and desktop with no FPS lost ?

and what is the best FREE EDITING PROGRAM ?

Personally I can recommend (for NVIDIA GPUs) GeForce Experience, formally known as ShadowPlay or OBS Studio.

For Editing there's a bunch of free stuff, my personal favourite is HitFilm.
