I think your YouTube Banner and Profile picture are awesome ! But if you want something Epic to really stand out when somebody visits your channel and you don't mind spending a little bit of money I highly recommend @RagingAgainst Gamers . They're very professional and can help you really jump start your channel with awesome graphics. Down below you could see a banner they made me.

You channel banner looks good but it feels like a packed mix of wallpapers. I would make it more personalized.
