What do you guys want for a Freedom! Discord Server?

George recently told everyone that a Freedom! Discord Server is coming out to the public soon. Personally, I've been wondering what kind of chat rooms they'll have on launch. If you were able to suggest something to make the Discord Server more enticing for you to join, what would you add?

I'd want to make a lot of connections there, and if they had a collaboration section for meeting new people, I'd be there in a heartbeat!​

well as i don't really know first hand about Discord other that it's some sort of chat box server...it would be cool to make it in a way to find collaborations easily...making some way of sorting types of content and find people with around the same amount of subscribers...if i gen any more ideas ill leave more.

Collaborations would be great still ^^ I'm sure people would love to make friends where they can game together I wonder if there's any other uses members want it for as well

Those ideas are great mod ^^ They might need to be condensed slightly, but having some variety is nice

I'm just wondering how many rooms would be the sweet spot, because I'm curious how often people avoid channels due to the sheer number

How many rooms is a good question...
But the "Discord theater" would act like a large scale "video dispenser"...
Exclusive to the freedom members videos..
.It goes through many videos.
but it helps cycle of more members than just a shout-out...
While still giving a topic for chat...

Well, I'll ask around about that. In my experience, people are more willing to show off their own video, and ignore others. If we were able to make a Playlist of videos to show off, we might be able to work that in ^^

I feel like that's a creative idea actually, granted it might take some moderation on video length, making sure one user doesn't spam their own videos, and having people actually watch other member's content

Good to know ^^ It seems like Socializing, promoting videos, and collaborating is at the top of the list so far.

Long as it didn't turn into a place to spam. Can be quite hard to control when everyone wants to be heard but no one wants to listen.

I know how that can be in the youtube comment section as well. I'm sure they'd figure out a way to monitor healthy chat, and to promote people to actually listen for constructive conversation. If they manage to get it going soon, I'll try to get them talking hopefully, especially for the new guy ^^ Setting the boundary early on should set the pace nicely.
