What app do you use for your Thumbnails?

I use an app called Pixel Lab with my android device. It works pretty well.

What app or program do you use for creating your thumbnails?

I use clip studio paint currently, but its only because I already use it for my art speedpaints! I've heard good things about picmonkey though!
