Unfortunately paypal is the only supported payment system available at the minute, this could be due to the wide amount of countries that allow paypal to be used and the relative safe and secure nature of the payments, but I don't know 100% sorry. I have heard that Freedom are potentially looking into other payment systems and options for the future but at the minute it is only paypal.
Dude.. western union is used by scammers... Also, if sending out millions of dollars, paypal is an easier way to do so
