Hey man, I checked out your channel, and I got a few pointers for you to help you with your channel 
- High Quality Thumbnails, you have the right idea with adding thumbnails, just gotta improve them a little bit.
- Mic Quality, you definitely need to get a better microphone. There were times I couldn't understand the commentary because of the quality. For a cheap USB mic, I'd recommend a blue snowball. Or get a blue yeti if you can!
-Copyrighted content, I notice you have copyrighted content such as the dragon ball super video. You should not be uploading content you do not own. It's morally wrong and goes against YouTube's terms and services.
