I am very excited about Royalty free videos for freedom user. But I wanna to know about how can I use this Royalty free videos. Can I upload this video direct. or need some video edit. Please suggest me how can I use this video.

You simply go to the Freedom! dashboard, click on the Royalty free thing, then download anything you want. You can use it in any video, you just have to send the information to Reuters.

They prefer if it has been edited.
