So my main channel has over 233k subs and it has that fancy tick right next to its name and I want this tick on my 2nd channel which has over 15k subs. Are there any support guys who are willing to help me with this?

As said above message the support team and they may be able to send a request to Youtube on your behalf. Also mention what your main channel is.

Not any more, but one thing to keep in mind that your channel must have large amount of audience, it really depends because i see channels with like 100 subscribers and are verified so its quite weird to be honest.
