Ok here we go..
Music: The music is extremely loud.. Like.. insanely so.. I have to try to listen. This is an instant turn off.. definetly lower the volume of the music.
Engaging Content: Your voice and such is just not.. popping for me. This isn't exciting, not what I want to hear. I don't particularly like the user but I would consider that you should listen to 'Leafyishere'. I find him offensive but his voice, the way he portrays himself, and his personality really make that channel in my opinion.
The thumbnail and the title are.. decent.. you might consider trying to have them work better together to tell a story..to get the person to want to click.
