Solved Video Muted?

My New video has been muted, there is a copyright claim on it by NCS but i have provided all the necessities to use their music on my video.
Even then when i go on copyright videos, it says that there may be ads that pop up on the video, not that its muted.
Someone help please? the original Mp4 file's audio was just fine.

I had the same issue.
I downloaded an NCS playlist to have in my videos but suddenly one of the songs there, had a problem.
You can simply cut it from your video (Youtube tells you you can do that) and that ends it right there.

Try inserting different music from youtube. Atleast something.

You could replace the music for the video, then it is solved or as mentioned above remove the song. Only 2 options you have.

i dont understand, monster cat says i am allowed to use it as long as i followed their rules, and i have? so i dont understand why my ENTIRE video is muted, its not even the section with JUST the song.
Im thinking maybe theres something with the audio being uploaded to youtube maybe?

Can you link the video and the song as well as the licence showing that you can use it. Sometimes youtube makes mistakes but make 100% sure that you are following the licence if you want to dispute it.
