Service Request Video Intro/Channel Art on Spoof Channel for Video!

I'm making a video about Let's Players and I'm setting up a satirical channel called 'Dennis Games'.

I need some really poorly done channel art, an icon and a video intro.

The video intro needs to be as template as possible i.e. loads of stupidly obnoxious graphics with some royalty free dubstep track in the background.

I'm happy to plug you at the end of the completed video with a link to your channel in the description.
