Solved Unknown Error 13

I can't create an open ticket so I thought I'd come here for help. I'm trying to monetize a highlighted video from my Twitch stream and it's giving me an "Unknown error 13 has occurred when updating this claim." Can anyone help me solve this issue? I would prefer not to miss out on any money, big or small, from uploading videos. Thanks for your time!

Is the video correctly transferred to your youtube and does it contain third party or copyright material?

Yes it is and not to my knowledge. There is music in the background, mostly from Epidemic Sounds, and a bit of a movie soundtrack song, but it isn't showing any copyright strikes against it.

Well now it seems to have fixed all on it's own. It's monetized now lol. If I get a copyright on it I'll just mute the audio and fill it in with royalty free music. Thank you for your time though!
