Hello, we have had multiple issues with this, The best thing you can do (given that it has taken over two weeks) is to send our support team a ticket at http://www.support.tm/

The new system Freedom! has for partnering new channels is that they review your channel. This may take up to 2 work days. After that you will be asked to speak to a Freedom Partnership Staff member in an Email who will help you out further. If that EMail hasn't arrived in 2 business days, contact Freedom Support.
