Solved Unable to sign into Heartbeat Chat on Youtube

Hey! For some reason, I'm unable to sign in to the Heartbeat chat when I'm on Youtube. I actually don't know what extra features I would even get from the Heartbeat chat because I haven't ever been able to use it.

this is a known bug that we are working on at the moment it should be fixed in the next 1-2 sprints (weeks)
