Solved Transfer Request Help

I submitted a transfer request before May 29th and then on the 29th I put a ticket in support. It is now the 7th of June so I am just wondering if this is normally how long it takes to be transferred to another Freedom! network.

Usually transfer requests are granted at the beginning of every month. The support team is pretty bogged down at the moment, but I suggest waiting. Ifg it is urgent perhaps you should speak to an admin or mod to get your request fast-tracked and dealt with. Usually if they hear of something that's supposed to have been done already they'll get it sorted.

It takes 30 days to be transferred now, you will get an email once you have been transferred. Make sure you have done it via your Freedom dashboard profile page and clicked the "Request Network Transfer " button.
