Hello! So I was just wondering if someone could check out my channel/videos and tell me how I can improve my channel and content. I know one thing is I have to be more open and not so shy. So help me out and give me some tips?

I'd consider checking out the community reviews page in the forum. Look at the feedback people write to other channels, and ask yourself the same question. What am I missing, compared to everyone else?
On your microphone, there is a little feedback due to breathing. There's a little background noise, but you could invest some money to getting another upgrade. If you use custom thumbnails as well, they can spark more interest for your future audience. Uploading consistently can help as well.
