My channel is about 4 months old, and i've been stuck at about 15 -20 subscribers for about a month, but I have became more active on Twitter and posted a video today, so exclude be more active from your tips, lol!

Hi there.

1. Your channel landing page needs to be your uploads and a trailer, not your activity feed.
2. Your content is likely too diverse at this stage in your channel's development to reel people in. Trying being more niche.
3. Your thumbnails need a lot more work in order to catch the eye.
4. You're a lets play channel, which means the odds are really stacked against you to begin with. You may want to consider gaming with a different angle, and putting more time into editing and post-production.
