It has been 1 week since I sent a message to the support. I understand that they are dealing with a lot of members in the network but does it really take 1 week for me to get a respond. Wow! I hope this support team can improve. I am not really bothered about this because I am a patient person but 1 week, I think Freedom! support can really do better than that.

Hi Deron,

I'm extremely sorry for the delay of our response. We are currently in a bit of a backlog, but we try our best and reply to all of the tickets as soon as possible. After we clear out the backlog, you can expect response again within 1-48 hours.

May I please have your Case ID so I can take a look?
