Solved support ticket 10 days no response

I made a support ticket on 24/5/16 and I still have no response on my ticket and this problem keeps returning on the music part of the video's and it's dam sad that this happened so I have some 1 can help me here and the music is from position music out of the freedom library

Did you get this sorted ? If you get a content ID when using Position Music just email the URL of the video to them at [email protected] and they will have it released for you.

i have done that but the claim is not ttheres and they can do nothing about it even freedom it self cant do any thing it out of there powers and i have a claim agine so yea this sucks hardcore

When you recieve a claim for using position music you must contact support from Position followed by the video and a explanation regarding the claim.
