Hello,

How long does it take for support to answer emails ? As i haven't got the invitation and its been 6 days so i've messaged support and still no answer.

Im loosing out on revenue if I can not link my account to freedom ...

Support is unfortunately pretty slow. Invitations for linking a channel can take up to two weeks or so, and support emails usually take a few days to be processed and responded to.
