Now, i've been on the forums for a very long time, and I've come to believe that the forums rules aren't read as much, if at all, anymore before posting a thread. I suggest that before someone posts a thread a pop-up shows's the rules of the thread that the poster has to read before they are able to post the thread.
I think that this might greatly improve the forums, as there might very well be less "spam" in the forums and people posting threads in the wrong sections.
