First of all I would change your YouTube channel name. Then have an upload schedule and stick with it. Reply to your fans when they comment on your videos. Asking for shoutouts isn't the way to grow. I've had shoutouts from YouTube friends with 100 thousand to 2 million subscribers and it didn't really help much. I didn't ask them to give me a shoutout. They just did out of the goodness of their heart, because I'm really good friends with them.
YouTube is really difficult. When I started, I thought it would be easy. I was wrong. It takes a lot of hard work. YouTube isn't about just uploading a video. You have to learn how the internet meta-system works to get your videos discovered easier. There is a ton of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and video marketing that goes into growing your brand. Being a YouTuber makes you, your own brand.
